Taking Control Of Online Ups

In early 2004, a loose association of automotive professionals and experts in the areas of website marketing and online service, began brainstorming ideas about how each could help the other. Although their initial focus was almost exclusively devoted to new ways of conducting e-commerce, it soon became apparent that what was needed by dealers was a more effective way of creating customer conversions from dealer websites at a better rate than they were getting.
